POSH is a retreat and educational experience for women event filmmakers and photographers interested in event film. Our mission for POSH is education + inspiration + relaxation so our retreat is taking place on a 4 night Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas, November 8-12, 2010. A one day workshop during the cruise features presenters Kristen* of Bliss* Productions, Tasra Dawson of Dare Dreamer Media, Jessica Roman of Ray Roman Films and Brea McDonald and Dawn Kelly, founders of Inspire.Collaborate.Achieve. There will also be a hands on shoot in the Bahamas and some refreshing fun!

Brea McDonald and Dawn Kelly have been working on collaborative photo-shoots together since 2005. Both have established this as an integral part of their business plan and an important method of networking with other wedding industry pros. They have both experienced great success with their creative shoots and been published in many well-known national and regional magazines. After being approached by many wedding vendors interested in knowing more about this concept, Brea and Dawn have put together an informative one-day workshop that outlines the ideas behind their successful approach to networking and marketing their work.

Brea and Dawn will guide you through the ins and outs of blog and magazine submissions.  Learn the process of planning, creating, staging and producing your own shoot.  Flex your creative muscles, get energized for the upcoming wedding season and meet new vendors.  We even have a special opportunity to put your new found knowledge to work and have you and your business showcased on a popular blog.

Investment: $250.00 ($200 for ea additional member in your business)

INCENTIVE – sign up by April 19th and pay just $225.00 (that $25 will buy you a couple of those designer coffees you know you love!).

There will be a informal question/answer hour after the seminar from 4pm-5pm.

We have worked out special rates at the Inn for anyone who may be traveling.  Rates are as follows:

Deluxe Queen or King – $149.00

Luxury Queen or King – $209.00
